The MusiK1 label arm was formed to sign artists to digital distribution who do not have a label in place and/or do not have plans to form a label arm in the future. As a record campaign solutions provider, MusiK1 is able offer a full online marketing campaign for MusiK1 label releases, and in some cases, Kingdom One Publishing will negotiate Co-Publishing rights with writers and composers.

MusiK1 supports labels with digital distribution through the MusiK1-IODA partnership, allowing MusiK1 to digitally distribute sub-label titles to over 100 online retail stores world wide. MusiK1 also provides Label Support and Co-Publishing programs to sub-labels in order to help strengthen their overall campaign initiatives.

Kingdom One Publishing (ASCAP) is the publishing arm under Kingdom One Entertainment Group, LLC, formed to present Co-Publishing deals to MusiK1 and Lyrical Knowledge signed artists, as well as selective sub-labels. Publishing services help in the administration and exploitation of compositions, while looking for global licensing support and sub-publishing opportunities in foreign territories. For artists/labels who don't have a publishing company/arm in place, Kingdom One Publishing will help form their own publishing company under ASCAP or BMI in order for them to gain 50% of their publisher's royalty shares.

iRadioStats.com has been created under a strategic partnership between PC Range Pty Ltd and Kingdom One Entertainment Group, LLC, with a primary focus to provide real-time audience and playlist stats using GEO IP Tracking. iRadioStats supports all stations streaming on Shoutcast servers from the iRadioStats website, as well as remotely on station websites who subscribe to REMOTE iRS.

Whereas iRadioStats is a subscription service for all Broadcasters using Shoutcast servers, iRadioStats provides complimentary services to large Internet radio stations through the iRadio Station Partnership program who want to participate in the selling airplay slots to artists and labels through the iRadio Promotional Consideration service.
