Ever since MusiK1 began to service Internet Radio Promotions, a handful of artist and label relations expressed a vested interest in purchasing airplay from well established stations. To fulfill this request, MusiK1 created the iRadio Promotional Consideration program, through RadioStats, to begin presenting the idea to personal station relations, agreeing to sell airplay slots to artists and labels that fit their format's playlist. Under the iRadio Station Partnership, participating stations have agreed to follow a number of requirements in order for MusiK1 to administrate promo consideration on behalf of artist and label relations.

Here's a few benefits gained from the iRadio Promotional Consideration service:

• Prior to airing your focus track, MusiK1 will have a Sponsord ID produced for you (anywhere between 10-15 seconds in length) by voice-over creator John Stevens, that will air prior to each spin. The Sponsored ID will indicate who's sponsoring the next played song (i.e. record label) and where listeners can purchase the song or album from.
• Artists and labels are able to view their airplay being executed in real-time from an iRadioStats subscription, while exporting reports into an Excel document at any given time.
• Artists and labels have a great opportunity to keep their serviced track in rotation upon listener interest.
• Station Partners pay out royalties to Performance Rights Organization, includuing SoundExchange.

Radio ready material is essential for station partners to consider any song to be aired, where MusiK1 comes in to administrate the following song approval process:

MUSIC SUBMISSION
Artists and labels interested in the iRadio Promotional Consideration program will first need to submit their song to MusiK1, by emailing a web link streaming the song (as in MySpace) or with an MP3 file.

MUSIC REVIEW
Once MusiK1 has access to the focus track, it will be forwarded out to targeted station partners for review. Upon intertest or rejection, MusiK1 will relay such feedback to artist and label relations.

SERVICE COORDINATION
Upon station approval(s), stations will provide MusiK1 with the maximum amount of airplay slots available for artist and label relations to purchase, which will be anywhere from 25, 50, 75 to 100 spins. Artist and label relations will then need to make their decision on how many airplay slots they would like to purchase, based on the provided rate card. MusiK1 will then coordinate the Sponsored ID produced by John Stevens, and an iRadioStats subscription (also described below) in order for artist and label relations to monitor their purchased airplay in real-time.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
Rendered services require a one-page Content Owner Promotional Consideration Agreement to be signed between MusiK1 and artist/label relations. The agreement covers content owner rights, purchased airplay slots, service fees, and other important terms protecting all parties involved.

PAYMENT
As the service agreement gets executed, artist and label relations will receive an invoice. Payment options can be by means of Business Check, Wire Transfer, Money Order, Western Union or PayPal. Please note that MusiK1 charges a 4% handling fee for each PayPal transaction.

MusiK1 artist and label relations can subscribe to iRadioStats at the rate of only $25 (Twenty Five Dollars) for Three Months. Once subscribed, a login and password will be issued out within 24 hours. Clients will need to be an existing iRadio Promotional Consideration client in order to register.
